Our Founder

Founded by Arianna Salinas, Quintessential Hospitality is a consulting firm specialized in training the finest Front of House teams. Arianna Salinas graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, ranked first in the U.S., and fourth in the world, for hospitality and leisure management in 2024. Mrs. Salinas has over a decade of experience in Fine Dining, including prior employment at Forbes 5 Star properties including Wynn and Encore Las Vegas, The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas, as well as world renowned celebrity chef concepts by Masaharu Morimoto and Wolfgang Puck. Outside of luxury hospitality, Arianna Salinas worked for Goldman Sachs, a position awarded to less than 1% of applicants and famed to be more exclusive than admission to Harvard.
