Dine at the restaurant and conduct a full audit, including detailed notes regarding service from the Reservationist, Valet, Host, Server, Busser, Floor Manager, etc.

Full written report will be provided within 48 hours of the dining experience.

(Optional) Cash Handling Audit: During our visit, we will pay our bill in cash and keep the itemized receipt to ensure your team is properly handling cash transactions and reporting all revenue, and tips, if a pooled house.​​
